What is the process of working with a new client?
When working with a new customer, we will first obtain basic information and then schedule an estimate. At the estimate, we will walk through the job, listen to your needs, and see what deadlines or budgets you may have. Upon approval of the estimate, we require a deposit to schedule and begin on site work. It is important to us to keep our clients informed every step of the way. There won’t be any guess work with us. At DBG, we pride ourselves in quality work and responsiveness. We enjoy meeting clients, forming professional relationships, and helping make their dreams a reality.
What types of customers do you work with?
We work with all types of customers. We are experienced in both residential and commercial properties. We can build a home from the ground up or remodel an existing property.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, we are fully insuranced with commercial insurance and liability.
What is your typical payment schedule? Do you offer financing?
Upon approval of your estimate, we require a deposit to schedule and begin on site work. Upon completion, we will require the remaining balance of the project. Customer financing options are coming soon!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area?
When hiring a provider in your area, we would recommend first finding a provider who has liability insurance and legal/verified workers (otherwise the workers cannot be background checked.) Protecting your family must come first. Although it is a business relationship, we recommend hiring someone with whom you can build a healthy friendship and professional relationship. The best place to start is by finding someone who is responsive and establishes great communication. There is nothing more frustrating than feeling you can’t reach our contractor. We also recommend checking for reviews and referrals.
